The El Pinto Foods manufacturing plant is located in the north valley of Albuquerque New Mexico behind the historic El Pinto Restaurant and Cantina. We specialize in manufacturing and co-packing sauces, salsas and other spice based products. El Pinto started packaging our own salsa and chile sauce recipes in the back kitchen of the restaurant over 20 years ago using a 35-gallon kettle. Today, El Pinto uses 120 tons of chiles a year, can make over 12,000 cases a day and has the capacity to make 20 million jars a year in our 45,000 square foot manufacturing and storage facility. Through the years of experience, we?ve figured out how to maintain product integrity and consistency. We?ve been through both the ups & downs of the food co-packing process. Our experience, an automated facility, and a team of knowledgeable staff is what we offer all our co-packing clients. Last year we received a 99% on our SQF Audit proving that we take food safety very seriously. Our automation allows us to fill cup, jar, and jug products. El Pinto is always looking to expand our co-packing clientele and we guarantee that their product will be packaged carefully and efficiently.
