Drawing from executive interviews and industry research, this session will explore the workforce, technology, and organizational trends shaping food manufacturing over the next decade. Attendees will gain an exclusive preview of key findings and practical insights to help their organizations prepare for what's ahead.

Session 2: From Insight to Action: How Manufacturers Are Preparing for What's Next

Moderated Panel Discussion

Building on the research findings, industry leaders will share how their organizations are addressing workforce shortages, knowledge transfer, training, automation, and AI adoption. Through real-world examples and candid discussion, panelists will explore what it takes to prepare for the future while delivering results today.
